5 Study tips to be productive

So you want to be productive but got too many distractions? You want to change your studying habits but don't know where to start? Here are some tips that might help you get good results on your exams.

1. Pay attention during class
Obviously, if you're in a class you should be focusing on the lecture. It is the most effective thing as you have someone who explains everything. It also best to ask your professor to further explain the lesson if you're confused.

2. Gather resources
If you have good resources, it is likely to understand the lesson better. Searching the internet helps, but it is still best to use books. Books are a valuable learning tool for individuals and academic institutions. Reading books on relevant subject areas allows us to gain better understanding and develop deeper knowledge in subject areas that we are studying.

I heard about this site called Campus Book Rentals were they offer 40-90% off on bookstore prices plus free shipping on both ways. You can rent books in a very flexible period of time plus doing this will automatically help Operation Smile as the company donates to them for every book that you rent.

3. Color code notes and stay organized
Use color code to break down your topics. Use markers and post-it notes to group relevant information together. It will help you memorize everything faster.

Have a planner. I always keep a planner with me. It helps me with scheduling and organising my life and work load.

4. Get enough sleep
Get enough sleep, especially the night before your exam. Have regular short breaks every 50-90 minutes to help you focus better.

5. Reward yourself
Who doesn't love rewards? Treat yourself after the exam. Set a goal to keep you motivated during the review process.

There you have it! If you want to add or ask something, just leave it in the comment section. i'll be happy to respond to it. Alright. Good luck with your exams! *wink*
