FASHION, GRAPHICS, AND AUTUMN LOOKS

For a lot of people, colder weather is a love/hate relationship.  The weather is colder, and there are fewer things you can do outside, but it’s so nice to finally be able to dig in the back of your closet for your favorite fall looks.  I love the warm, cozy look of soft, warm clothes and accessories.   Being fashionable is all about expressing yourself and being willing to try new things.  Mixing and matching jewelry, accessories, clothes, and shoes helps you show the world what you’re really all about!  Fall fashion throws in even more items into the mix: scarves, earmuffs, and jackets.  Some of your summer favorites can still be in play, just warm them up with cardigans and coats. It’s always fun, though, to shop for new, trendy autumn looks!

One of my personal favorites for this fall is the graphic knit sweater.  It takes a classic, cozy standby and gives it a nice helping of chic glamour.  There is so much variety in the graphic itself and limitless ways you can wear it.  I like to take a metallic graphic sweater and wear it with a pair of boots and skinny jeans.  I like the contrast between the over-sized softness of the knit with the slim, sharp lines of the jeans.  It could also compliment a nice long denim skirt for a softer, feminine look.  Contrasting the colors is the key to making the outfit looking pulled together, so experiment with all your favorite bottoms.

Because there is a lot going on near your neck, I think it’s best to accessorize with bracelets instead of necklaces.  The clunky, colorful slap bracelets add a very quirky element to the outfit, or you can try a cute charm bracelet.  Don’t be too afraid to try different accessories; the graphic sweater is bold, but so are those who wear it!  Express your personality by choosing graphic designs that fit your style.  The options range from patterned hearts to landscape scenes, you’re sure to find something you love!

Go browse for your perfect graphic pull-over, and keep your eyes peeled for graphic tees and tanks as well – they are great with a denim jacket!  Shoes that have metallic details can really pull the whole look together.  A true fashionista always gets inspired by looking at different accessories and items, and I know you’re creative juices will start flowing when you see these graphic masterpieces!
