Get a healthy, well-balanced diet

  8. Another tip would be to never wash your face with hot-warm water. I used to wash my face with hot water cause it was winter time and I didn't appreciate the cold. XD My skin turned dry, red and flakey and it was horrible! I then gritted my teeth and always washed my face with warm-cold water and my skin improved tremendously immediately and no more flakes in less than a week!

    I thought my face had taken a toll for the worst but it was actually my fault in taking care of my skin. Phew!
