Apply duck or goose fat
This
home remedy is one of the oldest, in fact it was even used by our grandmothers
to ease and heal chapped lips. Regularly applying duck or goose fat over
chapped dry lips is truly a wonderful remedy. You do not especially need to buy
any of the fat, just keep aside some in the refrigerator when you make a duck
roast. It is one of the best traditional medicines for this problem. If due to
any reason you do not have any duck or goose fat try applying olive oil or
coconut oil. Shea butter also works wonders in healing chapped lips.
