How I rescued my BBcream

Hello! It's been a while since I posted my last tutorial. This time, I'm going to show you how I saved my bbcream from the most selfish and stubborn tube! XD Remember my all time favourite Missha bbcream? Well, I finished my first tube last month (almost). But when I was about to order my 2nd tube on-line, I got curious if it was really empty. So squeezed hard and nothin' came out. *pppfffff* Then I got the idea of cutting my bbcream tube and check if there's still hope! LOL :)) *Good bye my ever loyal Missha bbcream. *

You can do this to any of your makeup with the same packaging. You will be surprised how much product you're throwing away!

STEP 1 ~ Cut the top most part of the tube. Make sure your scissors are clean and sanitized. (You can cut it in half if you want to, but I prefer cut it part by part so I can pick up the product neatly)

TADA! ~ See how much product left in the tube? :)  It's almost 1/4 of what you're paying for.

STEP 2 ~ Get an empty tube or any small container you have at home. You can buy one at your local drug store. (I'm using my Maybelline power concealer's container with almost 1/8 product left. I combined it to intensify the coverage of my bbcream. Plus, the wand will help me distribute the product to my face evenly.)

STEP 3 ~ (If you're going to use the same container) Get your scissors and remove the filter-like part of the tube. This will let you put the products inside tube.

STEP 4 ~ Use the wand or cotton buds to scrape the product out of the bbcream tube.

STEP 5 ~ Transfer it slowly in the container. Do not scrape too much to avoid overflow.

STEP 6 ~ Do step 1-5 repeatedly until you reach the bottom. This is the most exciting part of the tube! So much product left! :)

STEP 7 ~ Put the filter and wand back into place. Shake the tube and you're done! :D You just saved a lot by doing this. :D

Hope that helps. :) Don't forget to join my giveaway.  http://www.misskatv.com/2012/02/yummycharm-giveaway-international.html Missed you guys. Take care!  :*

  2. I usually do this on products that are in tubes - facial wash, masks, etc.
I cut it in half so I could easily scrape both ends :)

  17. This is a really good idea because these pump bottle dispensers waste a lot of product. That was a good idea to mix it in with your concealer so you get more coverage :D
