Tutorial: How I use my KONAD starter set + Etude House Matte polish

Hello everyone!
How's your week end? :)
Mine's great! We got a chance to visit my cousin in MAAP.
(Navy academy thing-y which doesn't let their students leave the academy for the whole semester
unless it's time for their vacation.)
I'll be posting some of our photos soon.

I'm really running out of products to do review so I thought of making an entry on how I personally use my Konad nail art starter set.

You can buy this at any nail art stores but I got mine here:
http://misskatv.blogspot.com/2011/06/konad-nail-art-by-angela-perfect-store.html

So let's start!

I used my navy blue matte polish from Etude house as my base.
Then I used my light blue polish for my design.
I applied one coat of light blue nail polish on my desired design,
and scrapped the excess polish using the scrapper that I also got from the set.
I get my stamper and started pressing it from left to right.
It is very important to pick up the design from left to right or vice versa.
This will give you a more clear and less deformed design.
After you'd pick up the design, erase or remove some of the excess polishes from the stamp.
And be sure to stamp it on your nails before it dries.
(be sure to clean your template after you picked up every design to prevent deformed design for next use)
And here's how mine turned out. :)
You can also apply a top coat to protect your design but I prefer it matte :)
Good luck and have fun painting your nails! :)

  4. @kat: maybe it's because of the polish you're using? Avoid using matte finish polishes and try picking up the design as fast as you can. Coz the polish dries really fast. Hope that helps :)
